Victorian Labor is committed to ensuring that allegations of sexual harassment, harassment, bullying, discrimination and other breaches of the Code of Conduct and associated Policies are dealt with promptly, confidentially and in accordance with the principles of procedural fairness for all parties involved.

The Complaint Manager and Respect Contact Officers are available as an initial contact point for a complainant. They have been trained in the Code of Conduct and associated policies.
